I think I must have been lucky! (JMC Air)

Judging by some of the reviews I have seen about JMC Air, im shocked to say the least that they can be this bad!!

Having flown with all the major UK charter airlines (Britannia, Air 2000, Monarch, Airtours) I would, from my personal experience rate JMC as one of the best.

The aircraft are bright, lively and OK, they're cramped, but so are most charter airlines - and i have come to expect that this is going to happen regardless of which airline you choose to fly with (or rather, is chosen for you by the tour operator!)

JMC have also gone out of their way to develop ergonomic seats, which are trendy and comfortable. The menus are bright, and the general theme of the airline is modern and appealing - compared to the likes of Monarch, who have probably the narrowest seats of any UK charter airline on their A300 aircraft and the ugliest colour scheme!

Our outboud flight had some problems with closing the door, so we were delayed for 30 minutes, which is reassonable compared to most charter airline delays!

JMC were in actual fact, the airline I have least enjoyed flying with - but this was to be fair, well beyond their control on the return flight. We had Severe Air Turbulance, which meant everyone on the flight thought they were going to die - no exageration! 2 hours of pure living hell being thrown about in the sky. The JMC crew were relaxed although trays were flying all over the place, and the captain practially spoke to us every 2 minutes.

Although I hated every moment of the flight, JMC did their best to make us all feel relaxed.
