Advantages: decreasing every year, now at a low level

Disadvantages: just only use skyteam where there is no alternative else use an other alliance

I have been for more than 10 years Royal Wing member with the KLM Flying Dutchman and have been changed to Platium Elite plus with Skyteam. On paper I have a lot of avantages but every year these are reduced. Now using the KLM/AirFrance lounge in Barcelona is not allowed anymore, because I was flying a non Skyteam airline. This change was never mentioned! Next to many other changes. Even the priority on flights is not what is was. I wonder if I still want to use this card. Fortunately I have similar cards with an other alliance. KLM should be our national pride but that is history!

Summary: I will only use my card to collect the miles on it.

You have written a review about a loyalty scheme that hasn't existed since it joined with the Air France scheme. I can't assess anything as useful if it doesn't exist any more. Sorry.
