Advantages: Minimal delays, acceptable service on plane.

Disadvantages: Poor baggage handling at amsterdam.

I flew KLM Glasgow to Moscow via Amsterdam. Though i got there with a very short delay and reasonable service my baggage didn't. I was told by the KLM stewardess at Moscow that around ten people every day transfer at amsterdam to Moscow and lose their baggage. This seems like an unreasonable number to me. Though all credit to Moscow airport they were very efficient in returning my bags the next day. This was not the service i would have expected from a world famous airline when transferring at the airlines home airport. Might be wise not to arrange any short transfer times at Moscow if youre taking this flight or one similar.
