Advantages: friendly staff and great food

Disadvantages: couldnt find a fault

We needed to travel to Vienna earlier this year with our then 5 month old son. Lauda air worked out to be the cheapest flying from Manchester so we plumped for that one.

Well when we got on the plane we were greatly surprised. They had baby food for our little boy if we needed it and warmed bottles for us at take off and landing. Our food was superb and was close to eating in a nice restaurant.

The staff were friendly and helpful and always ready to offer assistance.

The lauda air plane we flew didnt have the space of a large jet, but it made flying with our little baby really enjoyable and make a real nice start to our trip
