Advantages: Spacious seat, full equipped restroom, attentive flight attendants

Disadvantages: Boarding gates were too busy

For my business trip to London last month, my teammate and I flew with Malaysia Airlines business class. I didn't use to fly with Malaysia Airlines and thus I was really not familiar with this airline. But this trip had definitely introduced the best airline service to me. Soon after we were in our seats, we got the face towels to clean up ourselves. Then we were asked for our drinks and given a set of amenity kit. We were surprised that the amenity kit was so complete that it contained lip balm, eyeshade, toothbrush, facial spray, etc. As a woman, I was really pleased with these useful items. Besides, the seat was really comfortable but it's too spacious for me. Nevertheless it really suited my plumper colleague. And what impressed me most was its restroom. It's not only roomy but full equipped with amenities for passengers. Without doubt, freshened up in this restroom would have been a great experience.

There were bundle of movies and music to be browsed through. I watch some movies while my teammates play the video games at night. It's full of entertainment on the plane. Throughout the flight, both the flight captain and attendants came on the PA system at short and regular intervals to inform passengers of the flight progress. I could sense that the cabin crews really wanted to ensure everyone on the plane was comfy. And my teammates and I truly appreciated our company to arrange our trip with Malaysia Airlines. I know the airline operates many flights to the other continents too. I'd suggest it to my business associates and friends and I'm sure I will be taking Malaysia Airlines flights in the future for travelling in the region and also internationally.
