Due to business purpose, I've been traveling frequently in the Southeast Asia region. For my last business trip that flew with Malaysia Airlines, I'd like to mention its web check-in service as it's quite convenient for business travelers. Thanks to the suggestion of my business partner, I used the online check-in at Malaysia Airlines' website in my recent trip to Indonesia. It allows us to check-in online prior to the flight. It's just a simple process and really much more convenient compared to check-in with counter which always has a long queue. I just need to report to departure gate 10 minutes before the gate closes upon arrival. But the ground staff told me that for those with check-in baggage must arrive at the check-in counter one hour before the departure time. As a business traveler, I truly appreciate this kind of service which save my valuable time and gave me a more pleasant check-in procedure.
