Here is the review that my Technology Tecaher has kindly submitted to dooyoo readers on Malaysian Airlines.

The check-in at Heathrow International Airprot was cool! Quite simple, kind staff, and we were a little over our limit but the price was very small! One hitch was that they only had 3 check-in desks open for a full 744 aircraft of passengers so the queue was quite long!

<<< ON-BOARD >>>
On-board, one thing bad about the standard class cabin is that it was really stinking! I couldn't believe that they hadn't cleaned the aircraft before we had boarded as we had a 14 hour flight ahead of us I had expected that they would make the effort to clean the aircraft. Also the outside of the aircraft was stinking, it looked like it had just been pelted with mud!

The cabin crew on-board very very kind considering their job must be one of the hardest in the world! They made every effort to serve our every need and I would give them any comliment any day... the ladies were also very nice in another way!!!

The service offered by the pilots was amazing! Our departure from Heathrow may have been 10 minutes late but the take-off was so soft and just simply wonderful! In the flight they kept us informed with updates about what the weather was like, what time we would be landing, and of any turbulence which we could recieve, although we didn't!

The landing in Kuala Lumpur was a little bumpy as it was quite windy but was yet again a soft touchdown! We landed 35 minutes early which gave us plenty of time to prepare for the second leg of the journey to Auckland, which was not with Malaysian unfortunately.

<<< BAGGAGE RECLAIM >>>
As we were not flying on-board a Malaysian flight we had to collect our luggage which was quite inconvenient but easy at the same time. We were off-boarded from the aircraft quickly and in an orderly manner and as soon as we reached the lu
ggage hall our bags were already off-loaded from the aircraft and given to us! Quite a simple and excellent service.

Overall Malaysian Airlines are the best I have personally ever used! O.K the plane was dirty on the way over and we departed from Heathrow a little late but the flight home was great. The plane was clean, the food and entertainment were amazing, the cabin crew were excellent! I would recommend them to anyone and definately use them again in the future!
