This is the 3rd time my family and I travel with Malaysia Airline. Travelling with a baby is very stressful especially during a long flight. My travel with Malaysia Airline was from London to Kuala Lumpur. The journey took 13 hours. The best thing about this airline was that during my travel I only pay for 2 adults ticket because of ...  Read the complete review

Comfort was brilliant and I was just economy. I suppose that's one way of summing up this fantastic airline. I used Malaysia Airlines for flying from Frankfurt to Kuala Lumpur and then to Perth (AU) and also for the return legs one year later. The check in at Frankfurt, Kuala Lumpur and Perth airport was very quick and Im not ...  Read the complete review

I can say without hesitation that Malaysia Airlines are by far the best airline that I have flown with. They welcome you on board with a genuine smile, and you are always looked after during the flight. I have used them mainly for the London to Kuala Lumpur route, which is 12 hours long. The cabin crew never show signs of tiredness or stress, ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on Malaysia Airlines

Having not flown Malaysia Airlines for many years, my dad and I recently flew from Kuala Lumpur to Rome in economy class. Flight was almost 70% full but boarding was well organized. The food was good, although I am not a fan of airplane meals anyway. There're less Asian options which may well be due to the destination. The quantity seems not enough for my dad while it's too much for me with the main meal along with the starter, dessert and bread they offer. Seats were very comfy and legroom was perfect. The plane departed on time with proper announcement. Crews were caring and helpful. In short, Malaysia Airlines has dramatically improved its service since the last time I was on its plane.

I flew with Malaysia Airlines this year from Taipei to Kuala Lumpur and I really enjoyed the flight. Here is my review of this airline! Why did I choose them? I chose Malaysia airlines because I thought that they were one of the cheapest and I had read that they were statistically one of the safest (I know flying is safe but I ...  Read the complete review

As a Malaysian, I truly appreciate the change of our national carrier Malaysia Airlines that offers everyday low fare and more and more promotion because it makes us affordable to fly comfortably in long haul travel. My family and I are regular customers of Malaysia Airlines. We like to have our meals on board which we found most of the offerings ...  Read the complete review

I appreciate I took this flight to KL from London. I hope I can meet up with these friendly stewards and stewardesses in the plane. The first meal I ordered was Rendang chicken which it's too spicy for me. So I requested them to change another main course for me which was not spicy at all. I was surprised they got me another meal as I intended ...  Read the complete review

I had an enjoyable flight with Malaysia Airlines to Jakarta recently. Malaysia Airlines has made the whole process from buying tickets and check-in so much easier for its passengers. I bought its low fare tickets online and even checked-in online. I was really impressed by the web check-in facility which allowed us to print our boarding pass at ...  Read the complete review

Just back from Jakarta with Malaysia Airlines. My brother and I used their kiosk check-in service in KLIA, pretty fast and more efficient than the counter check-in. This airline provides a friendly service. My brother had to use a wheelchair and I cannot speak highly enough of Malaysia airlines. Their flight attendants were very nice always happy to help. They even made sure we had a row of four for just the two of us so my brother could have more room. They were very helpful and made our trip pleasant and stress free. While the cabin looked quite new, the legroom was really good for economy class. Food was nice and drinks always available. An enjoyable journey with this airline.

This was a pleasant trip to London. I checked in with my hubby early as we wanted to have meals in the Malaysia Airlines golden lounge. There're a lot to eat but no fried rice this time, bit disappointed as it's my favourite. When we're on the plane, we was initially given the seats in the middle which were not close to the window. Since we need ...  Read the complete review

I flew MH from KL to Sydney 2 weeks ago for a family emergency. I was frantic and had to pay little more due to last minute booking. With all the chaos running through my mind, the lead stewardess and the crew was a really great help. She could see my distress and from time to time came to chat with me. I really appreciate that and would like to thank her for that. Overall, had a good flight. I only experienced the service and that was great. Passed on the food. In the future if I have a choice, will definitely choose Malaysia airlines.

I have to admit, I am a fan of Malaysia Airlines. We recently booked a flight w/Malaysian Airlines, and we alerted them that one of the passengers has a peanut allergy, and requested that they do not serve peanuts on the booked flights (- like other airlines who realised the serious implications of this). The terse response was they are not prepared to do this, and if the passenger still want to travel with them (having already paid the full commercial price for the return flights), a doctors note is required to state passenger is safe to travel where peanuts are served. That way, the airline don't have to take responsibility for passenger's well being, even though excluding peanuts is a simple step to take. Obviously they have not heard of the term "duty of care"

Hi there - I've flown quite a few times between Australia and Europe / UK with Malaysia Airlines & I would have to say that they're one of the worst airlines I've ever used. The planes are tatty, cramped, overcrowded, the electronics often don't work & the flight crew surly & unhelpful. I've had enough & for my next flight have switched to Singapore Airlines.
