Advantages: Plane got us there and back

Disadvantages: Delays, poor customer service

We recently flew Monarch Airlines from Newcastle to Sanford Orlando, on the return journey we had to pay to hire headsets and although the flight lasted eight hours no film was shown.My two grandchildren aged 7&4 were given adult meals with no drinks other than being offered tea or coffee.We had to buy all soft drinks and they ran out of water and cola.
I booked my holiday through Thomson and I am surprised a firm with their reputation uses a second class airline like Monarch.

Summary: Will never fly Monarch again

Two different services are offered by Monarch the Charter which you travelled on and the scheduled which I have travelled on to Europe, big difference Charter are never to be relied upon, I found Monarch to be exceptional and our flight was free also so we thought we would not have had a great service compared to paying customers but it was exceptional. There is not enough factual content to rate them as 1 out of 5 as only the return journey have you encountered a problem according to the review, nt really fair writing up of the airline in my opinion.
