No problems with Monarch (Monarch Airlines)

My husband and I have travelled to Goa with Monarch for the last number of years. We usually upgrade to Premium (because of the extra baggage allowance and slightly more comfortable seats) and overall our experiences have been good. Monarch staff same as all airline staff - some good, some bad. Last year on our outward journey my husband felt ill and headed for the toilets. I was asleep at the time and unaware what was happening. He fainted just outside the toilets and was caught by staff members and when he came to, they had given him oxygen and had him lying comfortably in the aisle! They were extremely attentive and very quick to act. I don't think he would have received better attention on another airline.
Regarding the food, it is okay (not great) and we have been lucky with our flights as, I think, our longest delay was about 1 hour.
Overall, the service from Monarch (at the price you pay) is pretty good and we will continue to use them.

Summary: Will use Monarch again
