If I am honest, Monarch airlines isnt one of my favourite airlines, not by a mile. In fact, I will not be flying with theis airline again, unless they make some dramatic changes to the whole thing. I have flew with them a couple of times, and until my last flight, I enjoy my experience with them, but it is werid how one experience out of many can alter your opinion. For a start, the staff, and I am refering to those both of the ground and in the air, werent what they should have been, especially when they work in public service. They were rude, and on board the flight, I asked for a glass of water, which took ten minutes to get to me, the plane isnt that big, so it shouldnt have taken that long to go to the back and fill a glass. Secondly, me headphones were broken, and they refused to replace them, so I had to go with a 7 hour flight without any entertainment, which I wasnt happy about at all.

As you can tell, it is really the service from the staff that I didnt like. When it comes down to price, at first I thought they were priced fairly, but now they are over priced, and not worth paying. My advice would be to pay the little extra and fly with British Airways, at least then you will get a good service.
