I recently flew with Monarch Airlines to Almeria in Andalucia, Spain. I was extremely impressed with the experience, as I had assumed Monarch was a regular low cost airline due to the fact the price was quite low. However, the flight experience was comparable to British Airways or any other elite carrier.
As you board the air craft you are greeted by a pleasant air cabin crew member, before arriving at a luxurious seat with plenty of leg room and two complimentary daily newspapers, The Daily Mail and The Independent- catering for most peoples' opinions. Towards the front of the cabin are extra leg room seats, which it is possible to be upgraded to from regular class. During the flight, you are able to enjoy an increasingly rare in flight film and various music channels, before arriving on time at your destination.
Overall, Monarch offer an excellent service for a very reasonable fare.
