I flew with Monarch in June 2008 to Almeria in Spain and can I say what a pleasure it was!I am not the easiest passenger from airlines' point of view as I have very high standards and am fussy; for me the price of the ticket should not determine the level of service that you receive. Monarch is one of the best "budget" airlines by far, they would definitely rival all of the flights that I've had with airlines such as Ryanair and Easyjet and for the same price! The online booking facility was a dream as it was so user-friendly and it was clear to see which were the cheapest flights available.
The airline staff always had a smile on their face and were eager to help in any way possible, something which I struggle to say for their competitors. I will definitely use them again and have recommended to all my friends and family. 5 star!
