Advantages: GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

Disadvantages: SOME PLANES ARE OLD

I have flown with Monarch several times and I find that the service is second to none. The last flight we took was to Cyprus and there was severe turbulance. I am always a little scared of flying but found that the captain kept us infomed all the way.
The cabin crew look smart and efficent and they did not look tired or stressed as have some of the crew on a recent BA flight. Although the credit crunch may have had something to do with a cut back in staff.
I fly with Monarch again in November so I may well update this as they may have the same problems as BA. Monarch are very reasonable in price and its worth booking in advance on line. Many of these airlines have tired looking planes though
Safety is the most improtant aspect of flying and you need to be assured that the cabin crew are happy and relaxed to radiate these feeling back to the customers as when they are rushed and stressed it passes on bad vibes.
