Northwest Airlines offers 4 different classes to be seated in: World Business Class, Domestic first class, International economy and Domestic economy.

There are 33 known accidents and/or incidents that have occurred to Northwest Airlines and in total 466 people have died and 99 people have managed to survive. These figures are really good as Northwest Airlines has operated for 82 years now.

My experience with Northwest Airlines,

I think Northwest Airlines is a good company, it is fairly reliable as the departure times where on time or early and sometimes to late, however the crew was very friendly. Seats range 60 inches in business to 17 inches in economy.

Food is offered onboard on most international flights in the form of breakfast and dinner. For dinner in economy class you get a plate with a three course meal which mostly include the following: salad, main and a desert. It has been a fairly long time ago I flew with them but the food most have been nice international airplane food.

All planes of Northwest Airlines are well looked after especially with the new paint job which really worked out well. The paint hasn't peeled of and no there are hardly any loose parts.

Prices of Northwest Airlines are similar to other airline companies and could be lower and sometimes higher. Food and Drink are offered on the long haul flights which is included in the price.

Some larger planes to destinations further away do have the availability of personal TV-screens.

The crew I flew with was very nice and fairly young. They where all very helpful and made sure I had a good time on my flight to Detroit.
