I chose to travel with Pacific Blue to Samoa from Auckland last year, simply because the price was great! It cost me around 250 Great British Pound for a return flight, absolute bargain! Therefore I was not too surprised or fussed about the crap service. The plain was held up by a number of late passengers, and in my opinion we waited a bit too long, normally an airline will only wait for so long for late passengers before taking off, but the plane seemed in no hurry.
