Budget pacific airline (Pacific Blue)
Member Name: Shanzy
Advantages: Cheap Disadvantages: No free food offered on flights, unattentive staff I chose to travel with Pacific Blue to Samoa from Auckland last year, simply because the price was great! It cost me around 250 Great British Pound for a return flight, absolute bargain! Therefore I was not too surprised or fussed about the crap service. The plain was held up by a number of late passengers, and in my opinion we waited a bit too long, normally an airline will only wait for so long for late passengers before taking off, but the plane seemed in no hurry. There was no food or drink offered on this plane, which I was aware of, but I would of assumed that they would possibly offer water. The food for sale was mainly snacks like Pringle's and other such things, and relatively expensive. Staff were not attentive in the slightish and it would take many attempts to get their attention. Even so the flight was fine, can not complain about space because I had an empty seat next to me, but I am sure others were struggling with it. Summary: Alright budget airline, you get what you pay for |
