 ... we have our training cancelled due to bad weather!! The whole industry revolves around safety and must be understood, hence the flights would be cancelled by a bad weather forecast or a malfunction as it is unsafe...The company will have to ensure that every possible angle is safe, I'm sure the company do not cancel for their own benefit... as what's the point in running a business to do that?! Air travel is the safest form of travel!! Risks cannot afford to be taken! It's better to be safe than sorry!! It annoys me...more

Pennine helicopters are the worst company i have ever delt with i had my flights cancelled time and time again over 12 months and never got a flight as they said my tickets ran out, there service on the phone was appalling they were not bothered i lost over £400 on a so called Dam buster run.

Never ever recomend them a poor poor company to deal with anybody thinking of using them dont, i have contacts that will not use them or give them any reference what so ever

I bought my grandma a 20 minute flight on The Dambusters Run worth £155.00 for her birthday; She took it from the Huntsman at Holmfirth. She thoroughly enjoyed it flying over the areas my grandma and grandad used to walk... The flights were cancelled twice due to bad weather and each time they were cancelled I was not at all disappointed for my grandma as it is safety at the end of the day. The other review I read on Pennine Helicopters Ltd by another person is obviously a very difficult customer!! I was hoping to review a wonderful experience, a great gift idea and some exceptional service reports on Pennine Helicopters, but, I've found myself entirely unable to and I can only review based on the complete lack of service we've had so far. I paid £115 for a co-pilot seat on a helicopter pleasure flight for my Dad for his 50th birthday, thinking this would be a great experience for him. So, I bought the voucher in August ready for his birthday in September and gave it to him with a booking for the next day.
