Pennine Helicopters LTD

Pennine helicopters are the worst company i have ever delt with i had my flights cancelled time and time again over 12 months and never got a flight as they said my tickets ran out, there service on the phone was appalling they were not bothered i lost over £400 on a so called Dam buster run.

Never ever recomend them a poor poor company to deal with anybody thinking of using them dont, i have contacts that will not use them or give them any reference what so ever

I bought my grandma a 20 minute flight on The Dambusters Run worth £155.00 for her birthday; She took it from the Huntsman at Holmfirth. She thoroughly enjoyed it flying over the areas my grandma and grandad used to walk... The flights were cancelled twice due to bad weather and each time they were cancelled I was not at all disappointed for my grandma as it is safety at the end of the day. I was hoping to review a wonderful experience, a great gift idea and some exceptional service reports on Pennine Helicopters, but, I've found myself entirely unable to and I can only review based on the complete lack of service we've had so far. I paid £115 for a co-pilot seat on a helicopter pleasure flight for my Dad for his 50th birthday, thinking this would be a great experience for him.
