Advantages: Cheap, nice staff

Disadvantages: Long flight, horrible airport

We travelled from London to CApe Town via Doha on Qatar airlines just before Christmas. Our luggage got delayed by 3 days so no presents to give the family. When we did receive the bag the presents were stolen! And they will not refund us a penny.
We also got food poisoning on the flight from a chicken meal so did not spend a comfortable flight back to London. Never mind the fact that the airport is so overcrowded that you can't get a seat and the loos are disgusting! Never again will I try the cheaper options. I landed up £800 less...

Summary: cheap doesn't mean better, stolen luggage
