Qatar booking office staff are a joke!! (Qatar Airways)

Recently we had a return flight from manchester to bangkok (via Doha) The problems began when we changed our flight dates for the return leg whilst still in BKK. At a cost of £170 to change the return flight dates to come home a week early (£35 for date change and £55 hotel accomadtion in doha due to a long wait for a fligt connection, twice) I was happy to pay this so we could both return home early. However, after paying the fee Qatar airways booking staff "mistakingly" cancelled our bookings. I only found this out when i double checked my online itinery!! When i phone back the Qatar airways office in manchester they told me they couldn't put me on a flight for another 2 weeks!! understandably i was a little anoyed at this "error." After 7 long phone calls home to the UK over 3 days and been mucked around a great expense and distress they eventually found seats on a flight home for us!! This ruined the last 4 days of our holiday!! The planes themselves were on time and generally okay. But I WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH QATAR AIRWAYS AGAIN!!! because their booking office staff are a joke!!
