I recently travelled with Royal Airlines on a flight from Manchester to Toronto. They are a relatively small airline and the majority of their flights are internal within Canada. This did not put me off as I had won the trip and I reckoned a free flight was great whoever it was with! However I can now honestly say that I would recommend them and would choose them again if I was travelling that way again. The staff were helpful and polite throughout the flight and all seemed to speak perfect French and English.They were on their feet constantly as there was a complimentary bar service!
