Ryanair is a scam. Charged excess fees. Staff is rude. Flying is uncomfortable because of rapid altitude changes. No assigned seating. A hostile attendent explained that we had to pay 198 euros because our bag was over 15 kg. She told us we could buy another bag and then redistribute the weight so we did. Upon waiting through the line again, the same attendant told us we would now have to pay 20 euros for the additional bag but didn't explain why. We were trying to find out why but the attendent just told us that we were difficult and to pay 20 euros. We ended up waiting in 5 very long lines before we got on the plane. Ryanair is a scam because they charge customers so many additional fees that the ticket isn't any cheaper than any of the other better and kinder airlines. I won't ever travel Ryanair again.
