Advantages: Easy and simple checking in

Disadvantages: Misleading prices at first on website

After flying with several airlines before I knew what to expect. I booked my tickets for a flight to Mallorca online. I was checking prices with all airlines to start with and ended up going back to Ryan Air as they had the cheapest flights by quite a while.
After going through the first page, entering details however there were more costs added along the bottom. This was still cheaper though. Then to the next screen the costs were added again, then finally more costs for booking. I was not too pleased that these were not mentioned at the start and I was not made aware until finally booking. Also, the luggage allowance was a lot less than many other leading airlines which I was slightly worried about.

However when we got to the flight it was very straight forward. It started off with a ticket on the computer which were basic and simple to use. This then followed putting out luggage in. The plane was however delayed in one flight, which is bound to occur with many airlines. Once on the plane however, at a basic price it was fine. As the flight wasnt too long the seats didnt get too uncomfortable. The staff were also very friendly throughout and happy to help.

Overall, the flight was comfortable and friendly, however the prices were made confusing and did end up more than was expected.

Summary: A basic airline who did happily get from A to B
