I know, I know it serves me right for being a cheapskate but is there any reason for them to be so bad? I actually think it has gotten to the stage where they abuse their customers.

On a flight at the weekend they played adverts during the flight! Adverts? At least you can change the channel on a TV but no all 200 of us endured 30 loops of 'would you like a refreshing J20'. It's the closest I've come to air rage in a long time accompanied with the fan fare to signal that we had arrived early that nearly gave the old folks on the flight a heart attack because of the volume which it was played at! What the fan fare failed to mention is we arrive early because Ryanair flies to some of the most dubious 'runways' in Europe and you cant fail to be early when no-one else dares to fly to or out of there.

It would appear that baskets to hold magazines are non-essential and I suspect the next money saving method will be to abolish life jackets.

But a review has to be impartial and I will say this in its defense, it does fly to some destinations that have meant I have explored parts of countries I would never have seen otherwise. That's as good as its going to get from me and I generally avoid them at all costs.

Summary: Amazing this airline is still in business
