Advantages: it is cheap..

Disadvantages: Rude staff, Very late without notice and unorganised

Low cost, OK airline..
There is a reason why Ryanair are so cheap! I have caught two flights with Ryanaire and unfortunately to say neither of the two flights were even average.

They have great piolets..had smooth rides despite a lot of wind on both flights - However the staff were so so rude..
When you look at the prices you are paying (next to nothing) you seriously start to believe in that saying 'Pay peanuts you get monkeys!'

The staff were unhelpful, they had attitude problems with many passengers, an elderly lady sat across from myself and my partner was struggling to do her seat belt and was clearly not so strong on the hearing side..instead off the annoying little scrotum of a hostess helping her he just got nasty tempered with her and was barking orders at her - when she still couldn't manage it and when he still hadn't stepped in my boyfriend being the gentleman he is moved him out of the way and kindly did the belt for the lady..

They also have some sort of slogan which states they are never late - FALSE.
We were over an hour delayed in Rome - nobody told us when the flight would arrive or even that is was delayed until it was 50 mins over due!
Terrible service and the staff were just as ignorant and unhelpful on the way home - was a great relief to get off the plane at the other end!
You are probably slightly better going with Easy Jet!

Summary: if you don't care how you travel as long a you pay pennies go for this airline
