ryan air baggage weight problems (Ryanair)

Disadvantages: let you take the luggage out of the country and charge you to bring it back

i have recently taken a return journey with ryan air from east midlands to alicante. we were advised on the way out to watch out luggage weight on the way back, but the girl at the check in desk allowed it to go ahead on the flight, as she did with every other passenger. when returning from alicante, luckily enough we had reduced our luggage weight by levaing the beach towels and things like that behind. however many people in the same situation as us on the way there, were now being charged to take that same luggage home. i think this is really bad practice. as part of good customer service, they should be dedicated to ensuring they do not allow the heavy luggage out on the first place, ensuring their customers do not get penalised on the way home. the staff were rude and were not listening to alot of the passengers requests. we were starving as we had no time to get food at the4 airport due to long ques, so we brought two cheese burgers on the flight. this titaled to £10! they were burnt, hard and not atall tasty. even though it is a budget airline i would rather pay that extra bit more for good cutomer serivce and an enjoyable start to my holiday.

Summary: really bad service
