Ryanair. No thanks

Advantages: Cheap flights
Disadvantages: Poor inflight experience, poor customer service
Please don't use Ryanair they almost ruined my holiday last year.
There is a reason why Ryanair is cheap, the service is poor. The cabin crew do their best and I can have no complaints about them but the inflight experience is not the best and the customer service is pretty bad. I booked my flight online, a £90 return flight London to Eindhoven, however I made an error and booked the wrong day. I'm sure im not the first person to enter incorrect details when booking something online. When I noticed the error a few weeks later I attempted to get the flight changed but Ryanair were not interested and I ended up paying an additional £150 to change the flight. Surely a small administrative charge would have been enough? Is it Ryanair or are all airlines the same? A complaint letter was duly sent but no response or apology was received. In short I recommend that people use an alternative airline even if it means paying a little extra, or if you do opt for Ryanair make sure you don't need to contact customer service
Summary: don't expect any sympathy
