I cannot work out why people complain about this airline. At the end of the day, you're getting what you pay for. I am a regular passenger on this airline as they're one of the only airlines that flies from my nearest airport to where we have a place in Spain.
If i'm only paying £50 return for a flight, i'm not going to expect something amazing! It's basic. It gets you from one place to the other. What's the problem?

A lot of people complain about ryanair because of having to pay for suitcases - don't you people realise that all low cost airlines all do the same?! If you want something fancier, you have to pay more. That's the way life is!

Ryanair are great - they often to 1p flights. 7 of us once went to Dublin for a day out. For the 7 of us, it cost us 14p return. No taxes. FANTASTIC!

The cabin crew aren't always cheery, but what can you expect? I have a friend who is cabin crew for Jet2, and he's often said that they get complaints for not being on top form. Pretty sure noone would be on top form having to work an 18 hour shift after getting up at about 4am!

I have a lot of love for ryanair, and that will never change!
