I have chosen to fly with these many of times becasue the service the first time around was amazing and the flight was delayed at all and had no trouble both ends. This airline specializes in flying around europe, i have used them over 5 times and ive been very pleased every time especially with the price it is at a very low cost. It ... Absolute shambles. Arrived at gerona airport 3 hours prior to take off. Huge queues at check in desk, no organisation as all the flights are mixed together at 6 different desks and moving very slowly. Some desks were closing half way into the queue so people were having to join the end of the others. After queuing for 2hours 45mins heard the ... Read the complete review

You get what you pay for, and with Ryanair you get a lot more. Budget airlines offer budget service for a reason (so we can have cheap flights). So if you are to fly with Ryanair you must have this in mind. Personally from an airline I want safty, on time service and polite staff. I also realise that if I fly with budget air lines I ... I've used Ryanair quite a few times over the years and to be honest, the service they provide seems to be getting worse and worse. First of all, although the prices seem very cheap to start off with they keep adding and adding and adding more on the further through the process of buying your flights you go. There's the taxes, baggage fee's, ... Read the complete review

I have flown with Ryanair several times over the past few years, to Italy, Ireland, etc... I am rather disappointed with the level of service I Received. I get the impression that the staff are really overworked, and therefore they have an attitude that they don't really care! There have been several recent questions raised ... I flew with Ryan air to malaga in April this year. Firstly I would say, be careful with the booking process as flights look cheap but as you progress there alot of added on charges, which can prove to be more than others by the time you have paid for all the extras. However the booking process is simple and easy to book online. The flight was very ... Read the complete review

At first I believed that Ryanair was the answer to all my problems. Having flown frequently between England and France it seemed an ideal option, being cheap and convenient but in recent days it seems that what was originally reasonable is heading towards the unreasonable. Yes, prices are lower than competitors but I believe that even by paying a ... Read the complete review

I have being flying with Ryanair for the past twenty years and am lucky that I have never been let down by them. In their defence I must give credit where it is due. I and my family would never have been able to visit so many European countries on my tight budget if it were not for Ryanair. The airline takes safety seriously and has ... Read the complete review

OK we have all heard the bad news about the costs and traumas of flying Ryanair. I have used them a number of times flying from East Midlands to Berlin. My comment is the flights are normally on time and the negative is hearing that stupid music as they announce they are on time. As with many things it is a case with Ryanair of buyer beware, ... I recently flew from Ireland to the UK with Ryan air, my parents had booked my flight back home for me after a years travelling and I was slightly stranded in Ireland. So they had booked everything for at their end, which meant I couldn't go online to check in, which meant I was charged £40 extra when i got the check in desk - I was not ... Read the complete review

Ryanair can work out as a fantastic way to travel on a budget. However, be careful because if you don't 'check and go' before your flight, that is print your boarding card off from the website before you travel, you will be charged 40 pounds at the airport. They also charge ridiculous amounts if you want to put your luggage in the hold rather than ... Read the complete review

Frequent travelling from Dublin to London for work and to various other European destinations for holidays meant that an airline providing inexpensive transportation from A to Z was required. For years I opted for Ryanair's cheap 'no frills' service. I had never experienced the 'rude' staff or other problems that so many people ... Read the complete review

Low cost, OK airline.. There is a reason why Ryanair are so cheap! I have caught two flights with Ryanaire and unfortunately to say neither of the two flights were even average. RyanAir sometimes has one advantage, that of price. It is true, they tend to be cheap, especially to Ireland. But that one token is easily overshadowed by their other disadvantages. First of all, like many small and not so small airlines these days, they charge for everything 'extra' from bags to check in. The check-in charge is particularly ... Read the complete review

Before our sprog arrived, in the days before widespread panicking about carbon footprints, back when we didn't mind too much if the airport we arrived at was quite some distance from our actual target destination, we used to travel in Europe by budget airline fairly often. I am a frequent flyer with Ryanair with over 50 flights during the last 2 years. Ryanair advertises itself as a low cost no frills airline and this is absolutely spot on! We've used Ryanair on a few occasions, the last I can remember was back in January when we booked a flight to Madrid. It was our anniversary. Getting on the plane we had no problems at all, the staff seemed nice enough and it was pretty hassle free. When we got on the plane, not that was a different story.
