Flew once with Ryanair.com and although I appreciate this airline is a budget airline I have used many other budget airlines and been impressed with their service but with Ryanair it was completely different and I felt really disappointed with the overall service. When I arrived at the check in desk the person who served me was friendly and ... Read the complete review

I have travelled with Ryanair on several occassions now and I have had nothing but good experiances with them. Although a recent flight was very slightly delayed (all of about 15 minutes - no great crisis point) the service was very good, staff friendly and the aircraft was clean and tidy, something which amazes me with such a quick turn around ... Not really worth it for the cheap airfares. I have travelled with Ryanair a few times but I have vowed to myself to never do so again. They had some very cheap flights advertised but there where a bunch of hidden costs you were not advised of until you had select dates and times, given all your personal information. This proved to be ... Read the complete review

I have used Ryanair countless times over the past 7 years and when I first started using them I was impressed by the service. However, over the years, the service has gone down and the costs (namely the extras) have gone up. To get a bargain with Ryanair you need to be flexible with your dates and be willing to travel midweek and often ... Read the complete review

I first travelled with Ryanair 2 years ago on a city break trip to Riga, Latvia and since then I have used the airline for a flight to Krakow, Poland. I find the webiste striaghtforward and easy to use, look out for the deals that are advertised every few months where flights are very cheap or even free, but bear in mind taxes still apply and ... Having an Italian farther and an English mother meant that by my first birthday I could already be classified as a frequent flyer. Back in the old days the need to be pinged backwards and forwards was satisfied by the likes of Alitalia, BA, Monarch and many others. Nowadays things are different, newer generations have horizons that stretch further ... Read the complete review

I dont know why ryanair insist on so many hidden charges. For instance the offer flights from Dublin to Frankfurt for 26 Euro for 2 which seems great. But then they charge 15 euro each per bag plus 5 euro per person to book with a card. This brings it up to about 70 euro which is still relatively cheap. So therefore I dont know why they dont just ... I know, I know it serves me right for being a cheapskate but is there any reason for them to be so bad? I actually think it has gotten to the stage where they abuse their customers. On a flight at the weekend they played adverts during the flight! Adverts? At least you can change the channel on a TV but no all 200 of us endured 30 ... Read the complete review

I wonder if it would be possible for a company to be any MORE rubbish. Yes, they're cheap, but that's about all that they've got going for them. I actually couldn't believe it when we boarded our plane to Seville only to be played the most appaling, plinky-plonky synthesised version of 'The Entertainer' (how ironic!) on a loop for around 45 ... Being in the era of the deep recession, travelling abroad has become one of the least thing to think about for anyone - they would rather stay and travel within the UK. I love travelling and searches for cheap bargin holidays aint an easy task when juggling with work and family. However, a friend had travelling with Ryanair to Dublin ... Read the complete review

After flying with several airlines before I knew what to expect. I booked my tickets for a flight to Mallorca online. I was checking prices with all airlines to start with and ended up going back to Ryan Air as they had the cheapest flights by quite a while. After going through the first page, entering details however there were more costs ... Read the complete review

I am at a bit of a quandry when it comes to Ryanair. On the one hand it provides a cheap, fairly reliable means of transportation throughout Europe, and on the otherhand they are becoming greedier and greedier in forcing passengers to pay more for 'optional extras.' On the plus side then, I have used Ryanair a lot and not once have I ... Read the complete review

Ryanair the low cost airline originally from Ireland is something of a double edged sword when I mention them to people. Some people turn their nose up at the cheap 'cattle class' style of travel, whereas others love the flight offers they make available, which allows european travel to be affordable for all. I have to confess, I use ... Read the complete review

For me, with Ryanair you get exactly what you pay for - they are cheap but not always cheerful. I fly with Ryanair short haul from Belfast at least once a month as my partner lives in mainland UK and they provide an affordable way for us to see each other. If you require more than just a seat on the plane they can become more expensive than ... Read the complete review

Sub standard airline that is only worthy of the price if you can find a real bargain as the quality in the travel is so basic and simply not comparable with the service found on competitor Easyjet. The seats look like they have been on board for 20 years and the food on board is absolutely awful and should only be bought if desperate as also ... Read the complete review

I have travelled with Ryanair for years as it is a cheap no frills way to get around. I really would only use it for short flights though. I travelled to Ireland this weekend and I have one warning for anyone who may need a Visa checked. It is now costing about £50 if you want to check a bag and check in at the airport so we booked ... What Are They All About Ryan Air was the original cheap flight airline. Started by the Ryan family in1985 with 1 15 seater plane travelling from Waterford, Ireland to Gatwick UK.Since then and despite some bad press reguarding safety issue Ryan Air seems to have gone from strength to strength, it is still Europe's lowest fare airline now has ... I used Ryanair recently for the first time, to travel from London Stansted to Tampere in Finland. I had heard many bad stories about the airline, and had initially thought that this would be my only journey with them. Firstly, customer service friendly they are not. Ryanair. You know what you are letting yourself in for when you book. If you don't take any hold luggage, check in online, don't pay for speedy booking and pay for the flights with a Visa electron card then by playing Ryanair at their own game you get a cheap flight. My latest flight with them was the longest I have done, East Midlands ... Read the complete review
