Advantages: So many to list...

Disadvantages: Some flights don't have on demand entertainment

The airline has practically no faults! Staff are always polite and I have never known any major delays. Food is always good, never hit-and-miss. Once I was lucky enough to fly on the A380, this was much better than the 747s. It is more roomy in economy and the TV screens are bigger. The way it's designed is so you can recline fully without the person sitting behind being squashed, I'm not sure how they do it but it works. They are efficient at turning around planes as well, at Perth they did it very fast so we could arrive in SIN on time. They aren't stingy with food, drinks, toiletries etc. and have free magazines and newspapers on most flights. Toilets are clean but a bit cramped unless you use the disabled one. Entertainment is okay, but some planes don't have the "on-demand" facility, which means waiting unitl the program you want is being shown and not being able to pause if you need to go to the toilet. Also music is much more limited as it's just the radio channels. But when it is on-demand it is a MUCH better choice than on a BA 747! Most SQ 747s these days are on demand and all the A380s will be on demand with an even bigger choice.
