I flew with Singapore airline when I went to travel around Australia. I must say it was a very good experience. We landed in Amsterdam first for an hour or so whilst the plane was refuelling. Then we took off for a 14 hour flight all the way to Singapore. I have to say they look after you like kings they come round with food and snacks ... Read the complete review

I recently travelled from London Heathrow to Singapore on my way to Sidney Australia. I managed to get the ticket very cheaply as Singapore airlines were having a sale. As I only paid 350 pounds for the ticket I thought if you don't pay much you won't receive much but I couldn't have been more wrong. The flight was just over 24 hours long ... I am an aviation enthusiast so I chose my airline wisely...So I took Singapore From London to Sydney in December...The Best place to book is on Singapore Airline's main website...Their normal air fares are very competitive. Their Average Aircraft Age is under 10 years as they like to keep well maintained aircraft. The engineers look after ... Read the complete review

The airline has practically no faults! Staff are always polite and I have never known any major delays. Food is always good, never hit-and-miss. Once I was lucky enough to fly on the A380, this was much better than the 747s. It is more roomy in economy and the TV screens are bigger. The way it's designed is so you can recline fully without the ... Read the complete review

Singapore Airlines offers an excellent standard of air travel. We have flown with Singapore Airlines many times but this was our first journey on the new A380 Airbus. We were pleased as always with our online booking and were able to choose our seats and meals months in advance which ensured that we had two seats on our own together on the top ... I have flown Singapore Airlines several times and I can honestly say that they offer an exceptional service, especially on long-haul flights which can become a huge chore for passengers stuck in the air for 12 hours straight. Flying economy was almost a pleasure as the seats were comfortable and the inflight entertainment extensive and ... Read the complete review

I have been on four flights operated by Singapore Airlines, from London Heathrow to Singapore and then on to Brisbane and then from Brisbane to Singapore and back to London. It has to be said that this is possibly one of the best airlines I have flown with in terms of the service they provided - hands down, the best service I have experienced in ... I recently flew with Singapore Airlines from London to Sydney, via Singapore. The following is based on the 4 separate flight taken in December 2008, and January 2009. This included 2 flights on the new A380. PRE-FLIGHT Singapore has an online check-in system that seems ideal in helping beat the airport check-in hassle. It ... Read the complete review

My first encounter with Singapore airlines was 3 weeks ago flying to Thailand (Phuket) for Christmas. First off, the room space in the economy class is actually quite generous and I was pleasantly suprised, this along with the small adjustable foot rest made my outbound journey as comfortable as possible on such a long haul flight (13.5 ... I was on a locum appointment in Brunei. I decided to get my family to join me from Kuwait. They decided to travel on SIA on the route Dubai - Singapore - Bander Seri Begawan. Singapore Airlines are a really good professional airline. The reason I chose them was because of their good reputation and also because I wanted to stop off at Singapore on my way to Sydney. I flew via Changi airport both times and there were no delays. What a joy to spend some time at that airport. The facilities are ... Read the complete review

My personal experience of Singapore Airlines. I flew with Singapore Airlines almost five years ago, From Manchester to SIngapore, then from Singapore on to the final destination, Melbourne, and the same but vice versa for the return trip. Although there was a long queue at the check-in desk, the queue was down in no time and ... Read the complete review

To be honest, there were three deciding factors in choosing Singapore Airlines over other carriers flying to my destination from the U.K. Perhaps obviously, the main one was price and Singapore Airlines were amongst the cheapest (in some cases by over £100 compared to other carriers flying to NZ such as British Airways and Air New Zealand). *~*How I came to be going to Singapore*~* As a bit of a competition player I tend to drop lucky in our office when the Airline's are offering incentives to agents in order for us to sing their praises to customers, so when they launched the Boeing 777 from Manchester they were offering flights for just £77 return to Singapore a real ... ~BACKGROUND~ I had heard many good things about Singapore Airlines and when we booked our Christmas holiday last January and found out that 2 of the 6 flights we would be taking were with Singapore Airlines, I was happy about that. Where to start, where to start.... Singapore Airlines fares are definitely a shade more expensive than say BA or any other leading airline that flies to Singapore, but remember you have paid a premium and you are getting an excellent service. On average you will pay over £4,000 for a first class ticket (return) from London Heathrow ... Read the complete review

An armchair in the sky...... no longer will I arrive a tired, snoozey, travel-worn long-haul air traveller..... I've discovered Singapore Airlines. Travelled from Auckland to Manchester via Singapore in economy class. The plane was a newish 777-200, which feels more spacious than a 747 and was clean.
