Sky Airlines

Hi everybody who is thinking of using sky europe, DONT DO IT!!! The service is absolutely terrible. My flight from Prague to Luton was cancelled and I was promised refund in 4 weeks but after 4 months I am still waiting for it. After many phone calls and emails they stopped responding to now completely. They are full of promises but the reality is very different!!!!!!! I think this is a good business for them take money form people put it in their bank account and never provide the service. I discovered SkyEurope originally when a friend mentioned to me that she had found a cheap airline for flying to Croatia. She was happy with their flights – it was cheaper than going by train, and a hell of a lot quicker too, and I have also been perfectly happy with their service… If you don’t mind flying to/from Bratislava instead of Vienna then this is also going to be a viable alternative to Austrian Airlines or British Airways.
