I've been waiting 7 weeks now for a refund after they cancelled our flight just before our holiday. Many expensive phone calls and three unanswered e-mails to their Customer Services Department. I won't be booking with them agian.

A good budget airline you can fly with very cheaply (349 words)

** UPDATE ** A little note if you're planning to use SkyEurope. They've apparently been having some financing problems and have reduced their fleet size. This is causing the cancellation of flights (they just cancelled 2 of mine for next month). I don't know exactly how many cancellations they are making or how much trouble they are in, but would like to pass on that cancellations are happening.
