Advantages: Very attentive friendly staff

Disadvantages: TV's are not always working

I used this company in September 2006 to travel from heathrow to Sri Lanka and back and again to Thailand. It is is the best flight company I have flown with. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and throughout the flight reguarly ensured everyone had enough drinks. The hot flannels were very refreshing especially after travelling all day on sri lankan trains before your flight! The other part of my flight which I remember well is the food. You got a choice out of three different meals, including a vegetarian option. All the meals I had were very tasty and far better than any meal I have been given before on a flight. The only one downside which is quite insignificant was on each flight I went on either mine or one of my friends computers/TV screens were not working properly.

Summary: A great airline, would definately recommend to anyone travelling in that area
