On a recent holiday to Washington DC (which you can check out under destinations)I was privileged enough to have been booked on Swissair flight back to Zurich and from there to Brussels. Having never flown with Swissair before I did a bit of research on their homepage to find out a bit more about them. They didn't seem too bad so i was quite happy to be flying with them. So I got into the airport at Washington and I was greeting by the representative for Swissair who duly took my bags and check me into the flight. She was very nice and she had a conversation with me about what I had been upto in DC and wished me well on my journey home. This helped further improve the image of Swissair that i was developing. When I boarded the plane I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the plane and the helpfulness of all the staff on board as they aided my in the search for my seat. When I sat down I had a fiddle with the gadgets in the back of the seat infront of me. To my surprise the TV doubled as a games console aswell which was good as an eight hour flight watching the movies that they provide isn't really all that fun. The flight was uneventful and the stewardesses were very good and helpful making the trip more pleasant than usual, 10 out of 10 for Swiss Air
