This isn't a low cost airline but it does provide a high quality service. I have travelled with Swiss on 3 occasions in the last year and have found it to be by far the best service I have experienced on an airline.

From the speedy check in to the roomy economy seats, this is stress free travelling. There are no hidden extras included in the ticket price and there are free drinks, snacks and swiss chocolate available on every flight. I have only experienced the short-haul flights (England to Switzerland), but can honestly say that these provide a far more comfortable and roomy environment than many of the long haul flights that I have taken with other airlines.

one word of caution, though, be careful of the non-refundable or changeable tickets. These are completely inflexible (as advertised) as I have discovered the hard way. Its worth paying a little more for the peace of mind.
