Just returned from a fortnight in Cyprus, the flight was the most uncomfortable I have ever endured, after a full day without sleep,our pickup was at 20.10, flight departure 23.05 from Paphos. The flight was smooth enough, but the seating....I assumed that the Airlines would have got the message by now, Thomson certainly have, but Cook's still make us suffer like Sardines, the seats too upright to rest your head on the seat-back [reclining would upset the passenger behind], too close to the seat infront to rearrange your legs & feet, short curved armrests prevented using elbows as head-props, too tight, I am not fat, to alter weight on your 'cheeks'. After 4 1/2 hours of discomfort I felt distinctly sick with a pounding headache.
Thomas Cook, you have blown it with me, I will stay with Thomson in future, just like arriving unstressed on holiday, I wish to return home in the same condition. Hello Tui
