Dont fly Thomas Cook (Thomas Cook Airlines)

Horrendous, the worst flight ever, on a flight to Turkey we were on board the aircraft for 5 hours in total, 5 hours of agony in seats, that even my wife who is 5ft 6" found cramped, imagine what taller larger people went through. On the return we were told that there were no extra legroom seats available, on board we found that these seats were taken by returning cabin crew all about 5ft 5" and 8 stone, when a passenger asked the stewardess why they allowed paying passengers to travel in agony and gave small people extra legroom, the reply was, that these seats were designated specifically for aircrew, however it did not prevent them selling these seats on the outward bound journey.
Beware at the return check in, all luggage was weighed and if you were a few pounds over you had to pay extra, no exceptions, as there was a guy with a cash tin taking as little as 5 euros off passengers for a very small over weight.
My conclusion of thomas cook is that their only concern is how much they can get for as little as they can give and to H--l with the passengers.We certainly would never fly Thomas Cook again.
