There are better airlines for the same price out there by far (Thomas Cook Airlines)

Advantages: Air staff were polite and helpful

Disadvantages: Delayed flights, long check in lines, little leg room

I have only ever flown with thomas cook airlines on one return journey and i was not in the least bit impressed with them. For starters at Glasgow they only had one check in guest open, with another 3 or 4 empty, and there were far more than 100 people waiting to check in. I was just glad that i was there 3 hours before my flight!! It wasn't like my flight was at an undesirable time as i was going at 6 in the evening.

Furthermore, they only allowed for 15kg of luggage to be checked in, and so any person who was going for more than a week, would probably struggle to keep the weight under 15kg.

After this, the flight was delayed a good one and a half hours for the return journey. Whilst on the plane i found that the leg room was the most restircted that i had ever been on, and i found this surprising as i am not that tall, and dont normally have problems with leg room.

To be fair though, the air staff were very helpful and polite, and they did not lose any of our luggage, unlike a certain British Airways normally does with us!!
