I have only ever flown with this airline once, and I swear to god, it was the last and will be the last time that I will do it. I had the worst flight imaginable. It was one of the smallest commerical aircraft in service, and the seats were so close together, I had to go for a walk every 10 mins just so that I didnt strain anything. It was a long haul flight to Africa, and I desperately tryed to get some sleep, but for the life of me, I couldnt. I could understand slightly if I were on a short haul European flight that lasted only a couple of hours, but I had to put up with 9 hours of this hell, it was horrible. One thing that I will say about them is that I didnt mind the food too much, that was alright, but you want more from a flight than that. I couldnt wait to get of the plane, and when I did, I cancelled our return flight, and booked with another airline.

I recieved no entertainment on board the flight, which is what I paid for when I booked the damn thing, and I refused to pay for headphones when they were supposed to be in the package. My advice would be to choice very carefully before you book with this airline, and if you do, make sure you get what you pay for.
