... is a small company with big ambitions. Their single strong point is that they own a very big portion of Tunisian market. This is the result of the major locking of the main Airport to Eurpean based-low cost airlines and the to the fact that it is the main and only choice for locals to travel abroad. When you do not have serious competition, you sometimes forget to work on your quality. Meals are satisfying but the crew need more training, especially on their communication skills and language skills. The inflight entertainement is a mere real-time dipslay of the plane s position....

... of the aircraft does not fill one with confidence, they are using fairly old planes, but at least they are servicable and clean. The staff are aloof but efficient. The main big plus for me is the roominess of the seats, none of this cramped, how many people can we fit in an aircraft, type configeration. It is a schedule flight but used by Panorama and others for package holidays to Tunisia. It must be one of the few short haul services which still has a smoking section. The food is good and the inflight drinks limited but adequate. Thumbs up for some good old fashioned flying ...
