I have flown on several different air lines and I think TWA is a class above the rest. They were the first to give you more leg room in their wide body 767. I've lived in the States most of my life. Some regions are pretty much only accessable through one or two airlines, and my sister had the misfortune of living somewhere where the major airline was TWA.
