Disadvantages: Don't follow through

On a business trip to the USA a stewardess managed to throw coffee over my shirt! Fortunately it was only luke warm so no burns but a poor state to arrive in when being met by important suppliers. She was extremely apologetic but little she could do but give me a form to make a claim against the airline with. I duly filled it in and handed it to the purser before I left the plane.

Did I ever hear again? No.

Summary: Poor after care if something is wrong get compensation there and then

Not so much a review but a comment on an accident that could have happened on any airline. What about other features, such as cost, comfort, places they fly to, reliability, etc?

Not really a review on the complaints procedure but commenting on your incident which was a real inconvenience I would be fuming!!
