Virgin flights (Virgin Atlantic)

As a family we love Disney World & Universal in Orlando, Florida. We have only ever flown via Virgin and I would never have it any other way. We have never had one bad service with Virgin in either econony or premium econony. The service is no difference in either class, yes in premium economy there are extras as that is what you pay for, yet I do think that paying the extra to go premium is worth it. Whether its the checking in and not having a huge queue to contend with, getting off and getting through customs quicker, being able to get aboard as one of the first and being able to have a glass of either champagne or orange juice to get you settled. As well as getting an extra 7 kg baggage allowance.

The last time we flew it was premium economy and as we were going as a family I arranged a few suprises for some members. I did this before we flew and personally thought that what I ordered was excellent for the money. I was able to get a bottle of g.h mumm champagne with 2 logo'd glasses and a large box of chocolates. The cabin staff were brilliant with it and had the champagne chilled as well as bringing extra glasses for the other 4 in the party & even saving us the cork!!

I am pleased to say that we have never had any issues with food on a flight. They always have choices, including a vegetarian option and there is always one that we will eat. There is also plenty of food given they don't skimp on things.

Drinks are also free through out the flight (including alcohol), I have been on flights where you have to pay for drinks seperately which on a 8.5 hour flight would get expensive.

Overall I would recommened Virgin to anyone.

Summary: Superb company, wouldn't flight anyone else.
