So much better than the competition (Virgin Atlantic)

Advantages: Great service & friendly staff

Disadvantages: They don't fly to enough destinations

I've flown by Virgin Atlantic a few times now & personally I think it's my favourite airline to fly by.

You do pay a little more but I think it's most definetly worth it, after all you do get what you pay for. Virgin provides that little extra in my opinion which makes a real difference & puts you at ease.

Before I have even boarded one of their planes, I have found the ground staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Once on baord, the stewards to try their best to make sure you have an enjoyable and comfortable flight. In my opinion, the service offered tops any other airline I've flown with in the past.

When I was flying back from Chicago to London last year, during the night flight whilst everyone was asleep I was awake watching films and the steward would still come round regularly and make sure I was ok for drinks etc. & I was flying Economy class. The food always seems to be of a good standard compared to other airlines.

I would rate the service they provide whilst you're on board as excellent. The only complaint I have is I wish they would fly to more destinations!
