I took virgin two years ago to los angeles, it was my first filight. The firdt thing that struck me when i got on the plane was the snazzy entertainment thingy. You could play computer games, watch some movies that had not come out in england yet or even see where the plane was. Elleven hours is a long time to sit in one place, so whenever i felt bored i would go and walk to the toilets and spend a penny. You really have to move around. The food was ok, my brother said that my breath really stank of chicken curry afterwards though! The only thing that i could complain about on the way there (apart from the lack of leg room which you are going to get on any airline i suppose) was the toilets, they absolutly stank of urine, maybe that was me?, no, it was definatly the toilets.

So, as for the trip back, most of it was exactly the some. Only a couple of differences,
1. It was a night filght, so we didn't get any food apart from those nasty chocolate covered pretzels, which was annoying because i was hungry.

2. Someone almost died, yes it is absolutley true. About 7 hours into the 11 hour flight, i heard a scream to my left, there was a young woman going absolutly crazy, at first i thought she was having a fit or something but then i realised that it was her mother that was sitting beside her that was the person in trouble. By this time nearly all the cabin crew were around her and they were putting an oxygen mask on her. To this day i am not sure what happened, i think she just stopped breathing. Anyway, when we landed some paramedics came on and took her to hospital.

That was my account of a first time flying with virgin airlines. by the way the price i put is just a guess.
