This airline is the worst ever. The seats are cramped and dirty. Crews are unfriendly. There is no customer service. I missed a connecting flight due to their late flight and they were no help rebooking on another flight. Our luggage didn't arrive in London with us, we were told we could spend $100 each on essentials. On our return home, we submitted our claim which was approved and we were told a check would be sent out. Seven months later - nothing. Do not fly this airline. If you do, don't say you weren't warned...
