Advantages: Location , Car parking charges, Mininal aircraft delays

Disadvantages: Some destinations require stopovers.

Belfast International Airport (BFS) is situated centrally in Northern ireland well away from the congestion problems of Belfast. A frequent bus service is provided for those travelling to and from Belfast but for others the car parking provision is excellent and arguably the most reasonable in Western Europe. The airport terminal is modern and contains a full range of amenities including many shops and restaurants. Unlike other airports I could mention there is a calm and relaxed atmosphere here with little sign of stress or anxiety. Due to a lack of pressure on finding flying slots, turn around times are quick even for aircraft delayed on-route from another airport. Many new european destinations have been added in the last year making BFS an excellent choice for those wishing to reduce travel times and ease the stress of flying.

Summary: Easily accessed airport with excellent range of amenities including car parking.
