Ben-Gurion International Airport (TLV) ... תעופה בן גוריון‎) (IATA: TLV, ICAO: LLBG), once widely known as Lod Airport, is located near Lod, 15 km southeast of Tel Aviv, and is the largest international airport in Israel. It is operated by the Israeli Airports Authority, a government-owned corporation that manages all public airports and border crossings in the State of Israel. The airport, named after the first Prime Minister of Israel, David Ben-Gurion, is the hub of El Al Israel Airlines. During the 1980s and 1990s, it was a focus city of the now-defunct Tower Air. All international flights are served via Terminal Three, while domestic flights are served by Terminal One.

Unfortunately, all sorts of bureaucracy got in the way, and NaTBaG 2000 only opened in November of 2004. So this old review is now being revised from top to bottom, for your convenience, and I warn you, in advance, its ...  Read the complete review
